The CEB is committed to handling its customers’ requests and applications in a courteous and efficient manner. Customers can contact the CEB through the following means:

 

  • Call in person during week days at any Customer Walk-in centres between 8.30 a.m. and 4.00 p.m.
  • Send us an email to customerservice@ceb.intnet.mu
  • Write a letter to The General Manager, CEB Corporate Office, P.O Box 134, Rue du Savoir, Ebène Cybercity, Ebène 72201, Mauritius.
