Facilities Services aims to provide the highest level of services, which include Cleaning Services, Security Services, Tree Lopping and the operation of a Utility Call Center. The Utility Call Center is operational since April 2017 and offers a 24/7 call services to both CEB & CWA customers through their hotlines.

  1. Security Services

We provide a service-led security solution through our own customer focused team. Our operating philosophy is to offer a customer focused security operation. Whilst our core beliefs are about providing an exemplary customer experience we also understand the importance of providing a safe and secure environment to our customers. As well as our staff being trained in security, they also receive training in customer service. We aim to ensure that our teams maximize efficiency through integration of facilities services to ensure maximum utilization of resources in value and adding customer activities without compromise to security. Each solution is designed in a holistic way in consultation with our clients following a detailed risk assessment against clear set success objectives.

 

  1. Tree Lopping

Tree Lopping Services include tree lopping, bush clearing services, carting away and disposal of cut trees, branches and foliage to approved waste disposal sites. Tree Lopping staffs are adequately trained to deliver to the highest quality. We strive to provide professional and quality service whilst respecting safety and security norms.

 

  1. Cleaning Services

Cleanliness is of paramount importance to a company’s brand persona and client perception.

It also has a major role to play for employee health and well-being and can directly influence productivity through the prevention of absences from work. We understand every client requires a unique service depending on the type of activity and environment. Our cleaning officers are empowered to manage spaces and take responsibility for resolving issues quickly and effectively, taking ownership for a good customer experience.

 

  1. Call Center Operations

We provide Call Center Operations 365 days a year, 7 days a week and 24 hours a day. We select and employ our own staff and train them to deliver under pressure and to the customer expectations.
