St Louis Power Station: its redevelopment

The redevelopment of St Louis Power Station consists of the design, supply, installation and commissioning of the Diesel Power Plant of capacity 60 MW ± 10 %. The latter is comprised of units of size not less than 15 MW to strengthen the existing thermal production resources and to satisfy future electrical energy requirements. It will consist of retiring the four remaining low efficiency Pielstick engines.

The total effective capacity of St Louis Power Station is 108.8 MW as detailed out below.
